The New Menopause by Mary Clare Haver, MD – I’ve been following Dr. Haver for a long time and while some criticize her for promoting her supplement company and diet guides, her information is science and research backed. As someone who has done extensive research on supplementation, I feel comfortable with her line and the information she presents.
